I'm Alvise!

After studying in depth the models used for the analysis of  Customer Journey I've identified strengths and weaknesses in each of them.

I then tried to "connect the dots" and find a fil rouge, a framework to support marketers in building effective journeys.

The Sand-Mill Model is the output of this long work
It's a framework for proactive management of Customer Journey that I developed for the first time in a paper of over 100 pages between 2018 and 2019.
It was my Master's thesis, supported by a rich literature analysis.
I continued to apply, test and optimize it every day in recent years, working with 50+ brands.

This blog is born to share the framework and show the benefits brought by the Sand-Mill Model with examples of strategies, automations, workflows, and real case studies.
